1. What can 3600W run?
3600W rated with 7200W surge from a 3840Wh LiFePO4 battery, the largest power station in the Welling & Crossley range. That covers an induction cooktop, a microwave, power tools or a small air conditioner, alongside the usual fridge and lighting. Four AC outlets and four USB-A ports are fitted.
2. How portable is it really?
At 51kg, not very. It's a two-person lift and realistically it lives in one place, a van, a cabin or a workshop, rather than being carried about. If you need something you can move alone, look at the 1200W or 2000W models.
3. How long will the battery last?
3,000 or more cycles to 80% capacity, using LiFePO4 cells. That's years of regular use rather than seasons.
4. What's the difference between rated and surge output?
Rated output is what it sustains continuously, 3600W. Surge is the brief extra for starting motors, up to 7200W. Size your gear against the rated figure.
