Angled or straight, which one should I buy?
Angled if you'll be seated for long stretches, sharing the scope with others, or glassing uphill, you look down into it, which is far easier on the neck and lets a shorter tripod do the job. Straight is quicker to point at something and more natural if you're glassing from a vehicle window or lying prone. Most people who spend real time behind a spotter end up preferring angled. Do I need a tripod, and what sort?
