1. Is three phase right for me?
Only if you genuinely have three phase equipment or supply. Most homes and small workshops are single phase, and a three phase generator won't suit them. If you're not certain what you have, ring us on 1300 902 361 before ordering, it's the most common and most expensive mistake on these.
2. What are the power figures?
Prime power is 10kVA / 8kW for continuous running, with 11kVA / 9kW standby for emergency backup. Three phase at 415V, 50Hz, running at 1500 RPM.
3. How long will it run between fills?
The 80 litre tank gives a long run, consumption is approximately 3.8 L/hr at 75% load and 2.7 L/hr at 50%, so well over a day at moderate load.
4. What engine does it use?
A 4-cylinder H4DW81-23D at 2.27 litres, with 7.8 litres of oil and 15.5 litres of coolant. Running at 1500 RPM rather than 3000 is what gives these units their service life.
