1. What's the difference between the variants?
The variants differ by battery monitoring. Options run from the ePRO+ monitor through to full Simarine monitoring with individual load tracking, which shows exactly where your power is going — fridge, lights, accessories — rather than just how much is left.

2. Is individual load monitoring worth the step up?
If you've ever wondered what's flattening your battery overnight, yes. It shows consumption circuit by circuit so you can manage it rather than guess. For a simpler setup the standard monitoring is usually enough.

3. What does the Explorer include?
An ePOWER DC2DC40+ vehicle and solar charger, an ePRO+ battery monitor, four pre-wired circuit breakers, four Contura switches for lights and auxiliary loads, a pre-wired 35mm² main battery cable with main DC fuse, a 50A Anderson plug for the fridge, a 12V cigarette socket and dual 2.4A USB sockets, plus a battery reset button. Batteries themselves are supplied separately.

4. Does it need professional installation?
It arrives pre-wired on its board or in its enclosure, which removes most of the work and the guesswork. You still need the system mounted and connected to your batteries, vehicle and any solar, and that's high-current wiring.
