Enerdrive E-Power 12V 100A AC Battery Charger FAQs
1. What size battery bank is 100A suited to?
Large ones. At 100A output it will bring a sizeable 12V bank back to full in a sensible time rather than trickling overnight. It can charge up to three separate banks at once, which suits a van with house, starter and auxiliary batteries.
2. Will it suit my battery chemistry?
It handles AGM, Gel, Flooded and Lithium with a selectable profile, using 4-stage charging (Bulk, Absorption, Float, Maintenance). Set the profile to match the battery rather than leaving it on a default.
3. Can I use it overseas or on a generator?
AC input accepts 90 to 125V or 207 to 265V at 47 to 63Hz, so it covers Australian mains and most other supplies. Efficiency is better than 82%.
4. What happens if something goes wrong?
It has reverse polarity and over-temperature protection, and an LCD screen showing charge status and fault codes so you can see what's happening rather than guessing. It operates from -20°C to 60°C and carries a 5 year warranty.
