Enerdrive B-Tec Ultra 12V 300Ah FAQs
1. What can 300A continuous discharge handle?
Just about anything in a 12V system, a large inverter running mains appliances, multiple fridges and a diesel heater at once. Peak discharge is 1,000A for five seconds, so inverter start-up surges don't trouble it.
2. Will it charge in the cold?
Yes. An internal cell heater is built in, which lets it accept a charge in cold conditions where most lithium batteries won't. Operating range is -20°C to +60°C.
3. How long will it last, and what does it weigh?
Around 6,000 cycles at 80% depth of discharge, which is years of regular use rather than seasons. It's approximately 500 x 265 x 245mm and 37.5kg, so plan the mounting point and expect a two-person lift.
4. What else is built in?
An IP67 case rated for dust and water, an integrated battery management system, LED state-of-charge indicators, an on/off isolation switch and Bluetooth monitoring through the Enerdrive B-TEC app. It can be expanded up to four in series and four in parallel, and carries a 5 year warranty.
