1. Which batteries does this tray fit?
Three of them: the 12V 200Ah BluEdge (AT-LFP-12-200-BTC-BV10), the 12V 200Ah Classic with Bluetooth (AT-LFP-12-200-BT-BV12) and the 24V 100Ah (AT-LFP-24-100AV02). Tray dimensions are 370 x 200 x 189mm, so another battery may fit if it sits inside those measurements. Ring us on 1300 902 361 if you want it checked.
2. Will it fit a 100Ah battery?
No, it's too big. A smaller battery rattling about in an oversized tray is no better than no tray at all. The 100Ah Compact Classic and the 100Ah Slimline each have their own tray sized to suit.
3. Do I need an auto electrician to fit it?
Not for the tray, that's a self-installation job. Wiring the battery is another matter, so if you're doing the electrical side as well, leave that to someone qualified.
4. Why does a bigger battery need a tray more than a small one?
Because mass and momentum work against you. A 200Ah battery carries considerably more weight than a 100Ah, so every bump puts more force through the mounting and the terminals. The silicone pad and two straps are what keep that under control.
