Custom Lithium batteries are 12V, made in Australia, individually bench-tested and carry a 7-year warranty. The Ultra Slims are built for tight spaces like canopies, drawers and behind seats. Amptron bundles are 24V and come with a matched charger, BMS display, mounting tray and comms cable. Both are covered by The SafeTrack Guarantee.
Custom Lithium 12V: use a DC-DC charger, solar regulator or mains charger with a lithium (LiFePO4) profile, charging at 14.2–14.6V. Amptron 24V: the bundle includes a 24V 20A lithium charger (roughly 5 hours for the 100Ah and 10 hours for the 200Ah from flat). On the road, use a 24V DC-DC charger or solar regulator set up for lithium. Call us if you'd like help planning your charging setup.
Custom Lithium batteries use M10 terminals; the Ultra Slims include mounting side rails and the Caravan batteries have an optional AU/NZ compliance kit. Amptron uses M8 terminals (6Nm) and the bundle includes a mounting tray. Make sure all cabling, fusing and charging gear is rated for lithium, and use a qualified auto electrician if you're unsure. Improper installation can void the warranty.
Custom Lithium: A-grade LiFePO4 cells, components insulated against vibration, and BMS protection against overheating and short circuits. Amptron: IP67 rated (dust tight and protected against temporary immersion), with a BMS protecting against over and under voltage, over-current, short circuits, reverse polarity and temperature.
