3. How do I start it?
Recoil pull start, so there's no battery to go flat. Oil capacity is 0.6 litres — check it before every run, as these small engines are unforgiving if run low.

4. What safety precautions should I follow?
Outdoors only, always. Petrol generators produce carbon monoxide, which you cannot see or smell — never run one inside a shed, garage or under an awning, even with the doors open. Keep it clear of flammable materials, don't exceed its rated output, and let the engine cool before refuelling.
