Enerdrive Adventurer Off-Grid Power System FAQs

1. What's the difference between the variants?
The hardware is the same — up to 40A DC charging, 40A AC charging, a 2000W inverter and solar input from 14.5 to 45V DC. What changes is the monitoring. K-ADVENTURER-01 uses the ePRO+ battery monitor, 02 uses the Simarine battery monitor, and 03 adds Simarine with individual load monitoring so you can see exactly which circuits are drawing power.

2. Which monitoring option should I pick?
The ePRO+ tells you the state of your bank. The Simarine gives you a fuller picture, and the individual-load version shows consumption circuit by circuit — useful if you want to know whether it's the fridge or the lights flattening you. An optional water and fuel tank module is also available on the 02 and 03 versions. If you're unsure, ring us on 1300 902 361.

3. What's actually included?
An ePOWER DC2DC40+ vehicle and solar charger, an ePOWER 40A AC charger, an ePOWER 2000W AC transfer inverter, a 1m 70mm² main battery cable kit with main fuse, eight circuit breakers, four Contura switches, hi-amp breakers for the main system and inverter, a 12V cigarette socket, dual 2.4A USB sockets and a battery reset button. Batteries are supplied separately. It's approximately 630 x 155 x 665mm and 18kg.

4. Does it need professional installation?
It arrives pre-wired on its board or in its enclosure, which removes most of the work and the guesswork. You still need the system mounted and connected to your batteries, vehicle and any solar, and that's high-current wiring.
